Here's how to contact StatePaper.
To send a news release (in order of preference):
E-mail it to newscrew@ne.statepaper.com. Plain-text e-mails are best. We can also take documents created with Microsoft programs, and Adobe Acrobat PDFs. Feel free to send a digital photo or two if you like. We prefer JPEG format, 72 dpi resolution, in color, file size 100KB or less. Please tell us whom we should credit in the photo caption.
